Safety Den
The 2024 Safety Den, held at the Long Term & Continuing Care Association of Manitoba (LTCAM) Annual Conference, was an exhilarating showcase of innovation, creativity, and dedication to safety in long-term care. The event brought together passionate professionals eager to share their groundbreaking ideas to enhance both workplace and commercial safety.
This year’s Workplace Safety Innovation and Commercial Safety Innovation categories featured a wide range of ideas, all aimed at making long-term care environments safer for staff and residents alike. The top three finalists in each category delivered impressive pitches, making it a tough decision for the judges.
