Any additional requests may be made directly with Central Display at the exhibitor’s expense. The Central Display form can be requested from Lexie at lgraham@ltcam.mb.ca beginning in February 2025.

 

Final payment is due no later than April 15, 2025

 

Exhibits must be set up by 7 AM on May 13th, 2025. Exhibitors are encouraged to not take down their booth until 3:30 PM

 

LTCAM requires all exhibitors to carry general liability insurance. Under no circumstances will LTCAM be liable for any losses incurred.

*Exhibitors are encouraged to keep their booths set-up until 3:30 PM, Exhibits must be removed by 5 pm


TIPS

  • Engage Attendees with Giveaways: Every delegate will receive a delegate bag to collect items as they explore the exhibitor hall. Consider providing branded giveaways or other attractive items at your booth to increase engagement.

  • Attract Visitors with a Draw: Want more people to stop by? Consider holding a prize draw to create buzz and showcase your product or service.
